Yikes! Comedy Book Week kicks off in just two days. How’d it get here so fast? This event, highlighting all kinds of funny in all kinds of genres, is the brainchild of blogger/author Ana Spoke. Meet new authors, discover great reads, many free or at a bargain. There’ll be giveaways, reviews, interviews, all over the ‘net. You can head on over to the Comedy Book Week web site for the full slate of events. Or follow #ComedyBookWeek on Twitter.
- Romance author Nicky Elson will have a brief feature of Heart Throbs on her blog on 7/18.
- Look for my review of Australian author Kirsty McManus‘s Saved by the Celebutante in this space on 7/19.
- And then on Saturday, 7/23, I’ll be just one of several authors doing Living the Laughter, a Live Q & A on author Rose Schmidt‘s Facebook page. Other authors who’ll be “talking funny” with: Ana Spoke, Shizzle, Inc. and Indiot, Steve Vernon, Kelpie Dreams and Rose Schmidt, The Wayfaring Swan. I’ll be taking the 3 p.m. EDT/noon PDT slot.
Whew, that’s a lot! Add in the launch of Heart Throbs tomorrow and I’m busy, busy, busy.
